Varig pilots going to Ryanair?

Has any Varig pilots on here been offered work with Ryanair in Europe?

How are they planning on getting the pilots JAA compliant????

There are many ex-Varig pilots already flying on Ryanair.
They get one year to obtain the JAA license.

Some rumours , 20 of them will get a job with Air MAcao....
NX is desperate for pilots for the moment! :(

License

Does the one year deadline to obtain the JAA License, works for First Officers also, or is it just if you apply for a Captain Position with Ryanair??

Thanks!!
