I was wondering if anyone who has worked at Winair has any comments on pay and working conditions. Requirements for new hires etc

Know of a Canadian down there now, was hired with Twin Otter type rating and only 300Hrs. The type rating you can get at Downsview. You wont get rich down there, but its one hell of a vacation. What kind of time do you have now?

Coming to the end of my career. I know a couple of young guys in the 1000 hour range 100 multi that are looking . I was wondering what the requirements were. Thanks
