That is going nowhere fast! The owner of the certificate doesn't know anything about this business and has surrounded himself with airline rejects that haven't been in an airplane since the 90's. His "expert" was fired from the last two airlines in Europe for scams, a real lowlife that has a sweet snake oil salesmen charm to him, pushing him along the path where he can get his cut from the leases of the airplanes until he is discovered and can move on to the next sucker.

i feel very sorry for him, the owner is actually a very nice guy but with that airline expert and DO, another total joke that after Dominicana airlines closed has dedicated himself to use his political influences and fake resume to get a job just to see the company close, he has been the DO of more than 8 projects, all failed. So when you want to invest millions and lose your shirt, that's your DO.
