This is a complete and utter joke...., the main partner in the DR knows nothing about the aviation business and the people that are advising him and that he is convinced are "experts" have a very shady background having been fired from an airline in Cyprus..., the operations people are mediocre at best, and I'm being kind.
This will end in another absolute failure, with the shady characters running away with the loot .
