Canada - working visas?
Help in getting info?
I am a Australian Army Blackhawk Pilot, thinking of trying for work in BC around the Rockys. I have a Australian passport and am wondering how hard it is to get a work visa or residency in Canada. Will employers generally give sponsership?. Next Question is how much work is there for Pilots with twin turbine, Military, CIR, NVG exp. Any info would be greatly appriciated, this is only a concept that my family and I are tossing around. After visiting last year I fell in love with the Rockys. ---------------------------------- |

G'day Bloke,
Townsville or Oakey?? Am an Aussie working just east of the Rockies on the other side of the radio. Know a coupla Aussie lads that work rotary over here. They work for: Canadian Helicopters I also have full immigrant status if you need any advice. Volunteering to join the Air Force reserve (no army aviation here) flying Gryphons (something like an Iroquois) might help (immigration etc) as well. cya |
