Most companies like AG will take only fresh pilots into the cadet program
My options are still open and fingers crossed, cadet program for CPL holders will be worth paying for as long as it gives a flying job afterwards.:ugh:

Cover letter, it says 800 words? Is that the recommended or the maximum. Most cover letters I have ever written were quite a bit shorter.
