Is a Bachelors degree a must to find a "good" job in Canada? What about grades?

The brass at Canadian had a policy of hiring candidates with degrees only. Air Canada is a little different, degrees are good to have though not required. Bottom line is this: If you have a degree you fair a better chance of getting called in for the interview, but don't forget that experience counts for something too.
