Financial Partners Wanted

I'm looking for some Financial Partners (pilot as possible or have a good knowledge about aviation), to start up a new small charter in YUl, YYZ or others places. I wish to use a PA31-310/350 (Navajo/Chieftain) at this time.

Will you be looking for any pilots? What will be your focus? passenger charter? cargo? medevac? PPC training? I dont think you'll be able to find a pilot as a financial partner, pilots in this country dont have money especially if you're looking for a partner that will fly your PA31. Just a thought.
