Cataract Surgery Tecnis Eyhance v Monofocal
I'm about to get eye surgery and am concerned about the Johnson and Johnson description of its product
Tecnis which they claim is a monofocal lens and not a multi-focal. When I read the reviews, I see that this lens does sacrifice some distance vision for intermediate vision under what they call the "Defocus Range Curve" J&J also have a ZCB00 product which can have lens correction to optimize distance vision yet, when you read the J&J material and hear the eye surgeon talk, they both claim that its the best choice even when you tell them you are a pilot etc. Can anyone shed any light on this subject?
