Just a friendly suggestion to fellow pprune enthusiasts...

If you plan on accessing or increasing credit lines, mortgages or other such financial vehicles, do it now!!!

It is quite likely the banks will be increasing rates while also reducing credit. This means your $10,000 line of credit might be cut down. If you never use it - great!!! But if you do, or will, be using it, things will likely change.

Hopefully, like all things in aviation, things will change soon... but for now... ???
