How does TC categorize F/E time?

To anyone who might know?

How does TC consider Flight Engineer time? or better yet, how do the airlines in Canada treat F/E time? I have more than 2900TT fixed wing and 2200TT flight engineer in the A300. I am asking coz I know that airlines are looking for 3000TT. Thanks
