What are the opportunities like for skiplane pilots in Canada?
Many Thanks, Space1

Well, they exist. Go to Northern Manitoba and look around.

Space 1 how do you get into ski planes in NZ? I have long been interested in this sort of flying, but have had no ensight to this job, and would love to go back to NZ. Is it still done trough Mount Cook, and are they operting C185 and porters?

Is it a sort after position to fly skies?
Cheers

Gravox,

You need to contact Capt. Wayne McMillan, Operations Manager, Mount Cook Skiplanes, Telephone 0064 3 4351849. Skiplanes are now operated by Tourism Holdings Ltd and still operate PC6 Porters and Cessna C185s.
