Westjet-Dispatcher

I see Canada's No'1 airline have an on-going requirement for Dispatchers in Calgary. Are there any views on what the airline is like to work for in this Dept. Biased views from Air Canada employees not accepted..Thanks guys!!:ok: :ok:
