I'm struggling to find single engine rentals for anything other than 152/172s in the Toronto area. Granted these are popular trainers but can anyone recommend facilities that rent something 'different' like a Piper Arrow, DA40 etc. Just looking for something to take friends and family up in that might be a bit more comfortable than what many schools have on offer. Any advice appreciated!

Here's an FTU map for Ontario from Transport's database. DA40s can be found at Waterloo-Wellington, Genesis, and DFC in London. Durham has a P28R. Brampton and Island Air have G1000-equipped C182Ts. Numerous others have C172 SPs and RGs.
