FAA testing centers in Canada

Anyone just converted their license to FAA and have recent (2018) and valid info about where to do the written exams in Canada?

Well, here's the list of testing locations from October 2017 This is likely the latest list. they show 3 centers "Out of the US" they are in Puerto Rico, St Thomas VI and Guam. All of which are *in* the US, but I digress. I think a trip to the US may be in your future.
