Hi guys,
I'm in the process of applying for a Canadian PR. TT of about 5000 hrs with 1000 hrs PIC on the A320.
What prospects do I have in Canada with this kind of flying experience ?

The same prospects as anyone else; you'd get an interview with any of the regionals or major airlines. You'd be starting from the bottom of the list, so would be right seat at every airline. The only exception is Encore which may elect to interview you for a Direct Entry spot on the Q400. But you'd still be at the bottom of the list.

Recruitment
Hello everyone
I have a couple of questions regarding AC recruitment:
Are many new hires required?
Are people being invited for interviews/assessments?
What is the recruitment process?
Are those who pass offered jobs or just places in a hold pool?
Thanks!

ACA Questions
Does anyone have info on the following, please?
Are many pilots currently being recruited?
Are people being offered positions or just taken up into a hold pool? What’s the recruitment process like?
How long after submitting an application does it take to hear back?
Thanks

I have 4000 hours on 777 right seat and am going to marry a canadian citizen. We might want to live in Canada so I'm wondering what are my chances with a major airline in canada?
notcrazy,
I have no idea about your chances for a major airline job, but in order to work in Canada, you must be a Permanent Resident. Your spouse can sponsor you, even if not living in Canada, but the process takes about 12 months:

Air Canada is the only 777 operator in Canada.

Not sure if this belongs in this thread or a MAX thread. Moderator - feel free to move.
Keep in mind, this is general public reading from the CBC and the Canadian Press.
