Jet jockey, I think if you wish to obtain the details of this mess you simply read the text of the inquiry at the hearing of the investigating board, they certainly do not reflect the version spouted by any Transat crew and other self appointed" experts", lets hope that the next time pilots are asked to give an account of such a screw-up, they will give an accurate version, not a work of fiction, this applies to all operators, not just Transat!

In China at this time on a trip and so as you may know Internet access here is very difficult in fact trying to get on pprune is 50/50 most of the time.

Jet Jockey, if it makes you feel any better, the internet is not much better where I live in Ontario, our phone lines were built in 1941! Having said that we are moving next year so hopefully it will improve, Regards, Clunck.
