Air Canada wins 'best airline' poll

The Gazette December 2, 2010

Air Canada has been voted the Best Airline in North America by more than 25,000 readers of Global Travel magazine. The magazine's international survey focused on responses of frequent premium travellers who average 33 round-trip flights a year, with 96 per cent of them travelling in first class or business class regularly. Ben Smith, the airline's executive vice-president, said Air Canada is gaining from renewed focus on service and its investments in on-board, airport and online improvements.
