The three stooges.
Well it’s been quiet on the forum lately, the three stooges made up of Chandlers Dad, Willie Everlearn and Grey Wings have not defended acass at all, maybe the medicine that was taken by Grey Wings affected all three of them! What a coincidence. On a serious note I recently registered with some reputable Crew Placement Agencies the likes of Parc Aviation, Zenon, Brookfield Aviation ,Trident Aviation Recruitment & Training Ltd, Direct Personnel, Aeroprofessional Ltd ,Rishworth Aviation and wynnwith just to name a few, acass would be better off placing and managing Mexican Donkeys because that's about their Forte.

I'm Back
To all that have been waiting for a reply I apologies but I have been looking for work since last year when I was wrongfully terminated from Acass by the " used car salesman " as everyone on this forum and at Acass knows him, yes the VPCS/PP. Baron in answering your question in regard to the Crew that was Jailed in Lagos your information is correct the Crew had their passports taken from them and were held for some time, there is more to this situation but I will find out more from my former colleagues next time we get together for Friday night drinks.

If it was unclear in the past, let me make it clear now.
ACASS is not an outfit I'd work for.
They aren't perfect. But, ACASS has work (from time to time) for those who need a shelter from inconsistent work. As for their contracts, I'm not sure they or any other contractor has much control over the T&Cs offered up to contractors.
It's buyer beware. OOps. Contract pilot beware.
If YOU get blindsided, YOU didn't do your due dilligence.
Did you?

True...but
It is true....Contract Pilot BEWARE! But I have done a few contracts for acass, and maybe it was just the support crew I had, but they were great. I kid you not. When I had a problem with the owner making a very unreasonable demand, like flying into a blizzard in Zurich or Geneva, or dealing with French Customs Officers in Paris, I had support. I have to wonder about the quality of the pilot lately.

ACASS discriminates always has always will. They are lower than low. There are far more reputable companies out there that will take care of their crew. The misfits and former misfits that have started similar companies like Sterling are scum!
