Guys,
tell me about it. I know NavCanada are, shall we say, a bit short on staff but it ain't easy for a European to get residency. This ain't NavCanadas fault it's a higher level problem.
Don't suppose anyone can pull some strings or lobby government for me? Failing that has anyone got a daughter/sister/cousin etc i could marry for a passport. Ya can tell 'em it ain't gotta be long term if it helps.

Haven't you heard? Getting immigration is as easy as jumping on a rusty boat and washing up on the shores of Canada with a bunch of Chinese. As a matter of fact you don't even have to hit shore now, the government comes out to pick you up as soon as you enter our waters.

Hey Frostyboy, what's your problem making such a crude and RACIST remarks? I don't condone what SOME of the chinese are doing, but heck..the old saying goes, if you don't like Canada, then GET OUT!! Your racist comment shouldn't be tolerated in such a democratic and culturally enriched country...maybe even your statements can get you into legal problems! Before you make such a stupid and racist comment again, think about why they want to come here in the first place...it's called FREEDOM

I guess your thinking hasn't gone out as far as Hickville, AB..maybe get out of your realm and start looking at other things more differently with an open mind...aviation is a small industry.you know that by now..you never who you will run into in the future!!

I merely added the reference to the Chinese so that those who are perhaps not so fluent with current events in Canada might clue in to what I was making reference to.
As far as your suggestion that I have no appreciation for my country you could not be farther off the mark!

sounds good to me but I don't wanna step on anyones toes.
I think I know what ya getting at Fosty and if I am right then it frustrates me more than you maybe. I don't wanna steal jobs, I just think I got something to offer to the aviation world.
