I want information about Harv's air and Steinbach Town.How is the flying weather in that town.Please send me every information regarding this flying club

Harv's is one of the busier schools, and have lots of foreign students.
I'm not in the fllight training business, but Winnipeg (CYWG) is just a few miles from Steinbech, so the weather is similar. All in all, weather is good around here, extremely cold in the winter (this morning -35C, feels like -49C with the windchill).
Clear skies most of the time, however always windy. It's all plains here, so you get lots of wind, which in my opinion is a good thing for learning.
