First Nations Transportation (FNT)

Hey y'all,

I've checked online but can't find much about First Nations Transportation (FNT) in Winnipeg/Gimli, does anybody have info?

How long have they been around? Safety record? Any past/present pilots with stories? Wait time for crewmembers? etc. etc.

Thanks in advance!

Long story from a few years ago which is too complicated to get into but be afraid, very afraid and run away from them and Fred.

Not a good story or safe.

Hope that helps

First Nations

G'day

My buddy is a captain on DC-3/C-47's at Gimili. He does 30 days on and 30 days off. He rotates back to here (North Bay, Ontario) this Saturday.

If you wish to get in touch with him, contact me at:

Cheers...Chris

I haven't heard much good about them lately (including a story of a prospective hire who, after flying their checkout for the job, said he would never set foot on their C-46 ever again)...so I'd look elsewhere. That said, I haven't applied there yet...I'm on the waiting list for another somewhat-large operator here in YWG.

They are looking for F/Os on the C46 as of lately though, so if you REALLY need hours...well, they're looking...not much wait (compared to the wait I'm in...one year and counting, probably another year or so)...
