2010 vs 2020. BA and CC
 

Back in 2010, this thread was very active with respect to the BA vs BASSA dispute.
This year, the BA vs BASSA/Unite dispute has not had a mention on here.
Anyone know why?

I do not know Paulette.

The reason that I asked is because I am particularly irked by the Current BASSA "Betraying Britain" campaign. I find it despicable.
When the dispute started I had a lot of empathy with the staff. This crude, brainless slogan is offensive.

Apparently BASSA/Unite have asked UK Govt to remove LHR slots from BA. Given that 83% of recent slot sales have gone to Chinese airlines, (source - The Times), then it is bizarre for BASSA/Unite to want to give their jobs away to Chinese airlines.
