Rostering Options Avialable
 

Just a query....we have had a new rostering given to us based on the Carmen system. The basis for giving out the work is based on Seniority ( the longer you have flown, the more of what you ask for you get).

Does anyone have any experience of this or similar rostering systems?

They have already introduced it to one fleet and it will be rolled out to other fleets within the company over the next two years. I wonder whether we will still be the world's favorite to fly for after it has all been put through!:cool:
