hi all,

was just wondering if anyone who applied for the pit crew positions with vb has heard from them yet??? i'm still waiting and not very hopeful on this... but any way if you could let me know that would be great...

I applied many times on VB's website for pitcrew, groundcrew etc. but never got my opportunity with them for these roles. Don't know what's wrong with what I write... maybe I'm not assertive enough when it comes to answering the first question "why shall we consider you for this role?" (not the exact wording but something like that...). Anybody with "the most perfect answer" wanting to share a bit of knowledge?
