STAND-BY, RESERVE DAYS

Hi

Just wanted your thoughts on what your company stand by hours are? for example when rostered on reserve are you rostered on a certain time or is it a 24 hour thing?

my current comapy has just moved our standby from 7.30am-3.30pm to 24 hours for that day... is this allowed?

Doesn't sound right.

Have a look through your EBA, and/or contact your FAAA rep.
