Senior/Purser interview
 

For those of you out there as instructors,CM/CS/Purser... how would you evaluate ones potential to become a senior cc (purser)? What would be essential for this position ( except experience, of course..) ? What questions would you ask ?
Do you think 1 year as CC is enough to take on this position? This happens more and more in many companies, due to operational reasons...but is it safe?
