GF CREW ON THE MOVE?
 

HAS ANYONE GOT ANY INFO ON THE LATEST RUMOUR?
APPROX 500 GF CABIN CREW TO BE SHIFTED TO A BASE IN ABU DHABI???

Purser 69. If you have been in GF for any lenght of time then you know until you see it in writing,it's only a rumour. That rumour about moving crew to AUH has been around for a long time. If it is true I will have no intention of going to live in AUH, I would sooner leave.

They do move about 500 GF crew around the hotel in Abu Dhabi each day but thats probably about as far as it goes!

The news we here in DXB,
Is that you guys are moving back to your own country.
All GCC countries are going ahead with their own Airlines ie: Qatar is already set, oman is already set and Ek is set.
This is not a rumor its in january MEED magazine.

GF do not have 500 cabin crew based in AUH as stated by round hill. AUH is an nightstop along with the other states in the gulf apart from KWI,JED or RUH.
There are alot of crew nightstoping in AUH, that is because our CEO is from AUH. As much as we love to be in AUH, we all hate staying in the Gulf Hotel.This hotel has to be the worst hetel we stay at(gulf standard). C.E. which is the worst hotel EK stays at?

well we do have bad hotels we stay in ,but they are the only one available, in DAC for example.
CMB use to be bad but now its great.(hilton)
JNB is superb.
MEL cool.
ZURICH is just ugly , super ugly.

On the other GF crew , leave while you can, the future is not very bright, managment sources GF.
Other independent airlines are in the makings.

"COOL EMIRATE" it seems to me that you are not happy where you are !! thats why you wear your ass off to get everyone down there!!NO one from Gulf air ever complaied about the airline, its only you who is trying soo f*****g hard to do so, do they pay you in EK for the quicky and the airline advertizment too?? I am dying to know cos I am from DUBAI and I can definatly afford the price..
