Really hot on grooming, so make sure your nails are immaculate, shoes are clean, etc. Wearing a skirt is a good idea (if you're female, that is). Usual group exercise stuff. Two to one is quite intense, really push the fact that you want to go away, won't miss your family too much, are respectful of other cultures.

Good Luck! <img src="tongue.gif" border="0">

When you're doing the group exercises, they're not looking at the end result, but how you act while you're doing the task. Don't try and dominate the discussion, but try and help your team mates as much as possible. If someone is being quiet, ask them for their opinion, that kind of thing. When you're not doing the tasks, mingle with as many people as possible (don't just head for the best looking girl there). If you can be friendly to everyone the whole day without overdoing it or coming across as a phoney, you should be fine.. .Good luck!

Greetings from sunny SA.. .Emirates will be interviewing here in 2 wks time also and i would appreciate any additional info you could give me with regards to the interview procedure.... (or tips).. .The interviews will be a full day's programme. Can anyone shed some light on the exercises? Role play or just questioning your knowlegde on how to handle certain situations?. .How many times do they interview the applicant (if successful)
