The FAA are currently reviewing their entire policy on combined f/a f/d CRM training. Having been the main instigators of the trend, they have been extremely discouraged by the end results, particularly ref the undermining of the CPT's authority. I think that combined training for CRM, SEP, and cabin prep/evac procedures can be extremely beneficial but some people seem dead against it. Could it possibly be that they themselves are not too hot on their SEP theory?
