I have sent in my application for Emirates and I was wondering do they judge you more on the pictures you send in or your employment record? Also I've only heard good things about the airline and living in Dubai is this a big cover up because the job seems too good to be true :rolleyes:

Not too sure on how the selection process is made. But living here is fine. The job has it's ups and downs, but generally very good.
Nice living accommodation provided, transport to and from work even at 3 am !!!!!Nice layovers, but some difficult turn round flights with demanding PAX from around the region!!!! You can request upto 14 days of flights and days off each month...yes each month. Good promotion prospects. Hiring around 60-70 a month. Lots from OZ with around 80 different nationalities. :)
