Per Diem
I am putting together a contract for US/EU and Canadian pursers in Africa. I have the salary down but need to know suggestions for per diem. Company wants to pay $48 USD a day, I think that is too low. Suggestions please. Thanks

Shouldn't it be based on the cost of living wherever the company is based?
