If you want to get answers, I think you should expand what kind of information you wish to receive.On the company? On the MXP operations? On living near MXP?

why don't you attend am assessment day and find out all the info from the people who know, not just on here who many of whom are just speculating? You don't have to take the job if you don't like the terms.
