Excel Airways Interview

I have an interview for Excel Airways i was wondering if anyone had been to the interview recently or whenever and could give me a few tips.

Also do you know of any other airlines recruiting at Gatwick?

From my experience you will start the day with an introduction about the company. You'll then be asked to either tell the group about yourself or asked to"interview" the person next too you and then tell the group about them. There is a short maths and general knowledge exam, nothing to worry about. You'll also be measured and weighed!! If you get through this then you'll get your final interview. Think of situations when you have givenor been given good and bad customer service.

All Charter airlines are recruiting temp crew at the moment. GB are recruiting permanent crew.

Excel is good fun and can be hard work. In May they will be merging with Air Atlanta. This will give crew a mixture of long and short haul trips. It's all quite exciting but you will soon learn that cabin crew moan like hell! Just make the most of the industry and enjoy it.
