BA Rebranding ...
 

Have just read in a magazine that someone showed me and wondered if anybody else heard this :

"British Airways is likely yo consolidate its non-Heathrow short-haul operations under a new name by the end of 2005 with the merger of Citiexpress, its wholly-owned subsidary, and its Gatwicks shorthaul business under a new brand mooted to be BA Regional Express"

As quoted in Aviation News - january 2006 issue

There seems to be something going on at city express but I do not know what.

I think BA missed an opportunity to merge all shorthaul operations into City Express when they took them over. They might have even been profitable running the shorthaul operation:eek:

BACX can't manage to make a profit on their own! I don't know why you think their management have some sort of messianic quality that would transform BAs short haul business.
