Palmair Go To Astraeus

Is it true that the Palmair operation at Bournemouth Airport is switching from the leased European Air Charter B-737-200's to Astraeus's B-737-300
I believe it will be a similar operation with aircraft, flight crew, operations & engineering supplied by Astraeus but aircraft painted up in Palmair colours with Palmair cabin crew onboard.
If this is true, I think the Palmair crew will be relieved to get off of those old 200 at long last!:ugh:
