Perhaps somebody could help me on this.

For example a flight from London to Singapore on an A340 aircraft with 300 people, what are the volumes of food and beverage put on the aircraft. Although the physical weight of the food would be a help I am looking at how many meals X, meals Y, meals Z, drinks A, drinks B, drinks C, Special Meal 1 etc etc..

I understand it may vary between carriers and number of classes but for simplicity sake I'll talk only about Economy/Coach class.
