Web Application...skills?
 

I am filling out a web application.

It has already asked for education training and employment. Now it is asking me for skills

My first thought was to put time management conflict resolution etc but the way they ask it is

How many years used. Level last used etc

How do you say how many years you have used say time management???

I don't want to leave it blank but I am stumped

you need to fit 'communication skills' somewhere in there.
