I did a search but I didn't get what I was looking for - I just want to be sure

I got my contract through with the disclosure formy thing it, I checked with the airline to confirm which one I'm applying for (basic) - just to check, am I required to send it off with ID enclosed or not :confused:

Looks like Discosure Scotland are turning applications around a bit faster now - I know there were some terrible delays last year. I think I got mine back in about five to six weeks, which I was told was quick! :bored:

If you do it online, it is significantly quicker than snail mail. Last April it was taking up to six weeks, but other people I knew who did it on line had a reply in about 10 days.
With all the summer starts about to be interviewed, I suspect that Disclosure Scotland could be in for a busy time again very soon!
No need for the ID - It's just one more thing that can be mislaid. Big Brother can find you soon enough with your NI number!

i didn't send off any ID with it and it came back within a week or two :p
