BMI Channel islands based
 

Hi there
Wanted to ask if anyone here has applied to BMI for the CI bases JER and GSY???
Could you give me any idea about salary,conditions, etc
am considering applying and would love to know more if anyone could help me on this i would be really greatful

bmi don't base cabin crew in either JER or GCI.

They did have ground staff based there, but not sure if this has been taken over by handling agents.
They use to recruit school/college kids for weekend work-mainly cleaning a/c, check in, dispatch.

Tiger is right, they definately don't have crew based in the Channel Islands. I believe Flybe do however.

bmi's ground staff at JER (they don't operate GCI anymore) are Aviance. They don't have any of their own staff in JER at all.

about 3 years ago we changed over from BMI to the Aviance agents.

we still employ ckin staff, pier agents, dispatchers and loaders for the weekends during the summer season.

we don't have crew base here but i can say that flybe, aurigny, and VLM base crew here.
