Accomodation in the LHR area
 
Hey, im going to be moving to Heathrow area, and was wondering if anyone has a place to rent, im available to move at anytime, but preferably before 14th Jan.

If anyone knows of anywhere, or maybe a good place to look for houseshares etc please let me know

Double room available in brand new apartment. 2 mins from Crawley town centre, 5 mins from fastway 24 bus service to terminals. Nice area.

Newly furnished, allocated parking, wireless broadband. The room is in one of two top floor apartments shared by airline professionals out of LGW.

Attention Gatwick crew: Quiet, bright airy, warm, clean single furnished room £75/week + 1/3 bills approx £10/wk. In clean non-smoking 3 bedroom furnished semi-detached house currently occupied by commuting longhaul BA pilot.
There's one main bathroom + cloakroom. (So we shouldn't have a shortage of toilets.) Spacious kitchen, patio area and good sized living area. Fully equiped kitchen, with washer and dryer.
Located on the edge of the village of Henfield, overlooking farm feilds and moments away from countryside walking/riding trails. 25 min drive south of Gatwick, 15 min north of Brighton.
Off road parking. Nicely kept garden, friendly neighbours.
Henfield is a village with several local pubs/bakeries/coffee shops, churches, leisure center, high street with post office, grocery store, butcher, clothing shops, banking, dry cleaners and petrol station.
Your flightdeck housemate is around no more than 3x/week; clean, mature, domesticated (wife/girlfriend/mistress trained), and up for the occasional local social night out if around.
Sorry you will need a car as Henfield does not have convienient direct bus or train link to Gatwick.

Hey all,

If anyone is looking for a 6 month contract to start off with, you have come to the right place. We live in a lovely private close and have a spare bedroom all for the great sum of £330. This includes council tax and main household bills. Deposit is £400 and is returned on leaving property. All is legitimate and contracts are signed through our letting agency. Accommodation in LGW
 
I am shortly to change base to LGW and remember historically the Gatwick Newspaper ( Skyport? ) was a good source for short term accommodation.

Is the paper still in existance and are rooms still advertised?

When last based in LGW I owned a property in Maidenbower but remember Horley quite fondly. Been a few years now and I am certain much will have changed. Any thoughts on preferences in the local area.

I have seen Heffers post but I will not be down until June ( 3 month notice period ).
