VB Base transferring???

just wondering if anyone has any info they can email or msg me on base transferring for CC virgin blue members???? any loop holes or other ways around the designated time available???

Unfortunately you have to be in the role hired for 9 months before transferring to another port or into a different area of the business. This is also based on performance.
