another VS question
 

well i've just been to my third VS interview and made it past the group activities to be told i was unsuccesful again. I am a really determined and motivated person and thought that it would of shown since it being my third trip down south, but it was not to be this time. (fourth time lucky hopefully)

Virgin seem like a fantastic company to work for and its promising that they are acquiring new A/C and routes which is another great thing when looking for that elusive job security.

So im going to ask the age old story 'what exactly do VS look for in prospective new crew members' as every selection day ive attended the candidates chosen have varied drastically.

Any positive feedback would be of most use to me : )

p.s i do have previous C/C exp. but have pretty much had my sights on this company from day one.
