This is my rota, our stbys we are normally of, in over a year i have ever only done 4. The only bummer of a shift is the VCE and PRG, long day, but to be honest, i have great crew that day, so really not a problem.
No nite stops, just there and back, the way i like it.

July will be my first month operating as a CA1 and it sucks! Lots of 4 sector days and only 1 standby :{

Dallas nightstop tomorrow, four day vacation in LAX a week later, two-nights in Houston three days after that (working), Orlando nightstop three days after that then three days of hotel-based Standby followed by four days of home-based standby.
