A friend of mine has an interview with VLM. Does anybody no what they are like to work for, wages etc.

Dunno much about them, a friend of mine works of them, she seems happy but didn't hear anything more of it...

I have a question though: does that friend of yours have experience as cabin crew? B/c another friend of mine is thinking about to apply but she has no experience and on there website they say its a conversion course.

Yes. she has experience and they do only take experienced crew.
