General Consensus
 

Well gang I have a colleuage at BA who has been asking me a certain Q that really I can not answer so though if I popped it on here you lot could give him a general view and he could make an opinion and decission on that.

He works at BA ground, wants to go back as Crew but they have offered him BACX as BA LHR & LGW is all crew pool now.
Has secured a job as In Flight Manager or PSR with Flyjet at LGW, offered a job with BMI at LHR or MAN on SH.

So guys if you had the opt to go BACX-MAN, Flyjet-LGW, BMI-LHR/MAN

what would you guys go for as I am happy at BA etc I dont want to tell him oh go to BACX etc, as its not BA etc.

Pay scales
Flyjet £16000 pa basic
BMI £12300 pa basic
BACX £11500 pa basic
