Which seats?
 

We are travelling LHR to BGI on a BWIA Airbus A340. I am going to try and pre-book our seats. As there are three of us, I was thinking of going for one of the centre rows of three at the rear of the aircraft. Could anyone advise on this? Good choice or bad choice?

I have just come back from St Lucia flying out of LHR on a BWIA flight which was operated by LOT polish airlines (Unfortunatley) B767 - 300 series.

Apparently BWIA are chartering out LOT aircraft and crew to operate their flights because apparently BWIA don't have enough A340 to operate all their long haul routes until another A340 is delivered from Canada!!

I can't comment on the A340 (but would have loved to) but if you are on the 767 with LOT the three seats in the centre were uncomfortable and if you are down the back the service flow means you get served last on every service because it seems that the service is from fwd to aft!!!!

Just keep your fingers crossed you are on the A340 with BWIA.
