AV8 Air Interview

My other half has an interview with Av8 Air on Saturday in MAN. We've done a search of this website and !!!!!!!!!!!!!! for info and found some, but we were hoping that someone who has actually been to the interview could give us some gen as to what it's like? What was asked, what the groupl stage was like etc?? PM me or email is fine as well!!
