From personal experience I wouldnt try QF. It appears they that love to take experienced crew right through to the medical, security and referee checks but wipes them out immediately after. I might add this is an extremely expensive exercise for the applicant. Maybe I am too old fashioned but it used to be that an invitation to a medical etc was very much an "in". This isnt just sour grapes, I personally know of at least 12 other experienced airline crew that failed due to the extremely high calibre of the other applicants. Where exactly is the competition at a medical? Cost of getting that "NO" was from $500 - $1200, as we were required to pay for 2 return flights interstate and then the cost of the medical and security checks. Best of luck to any who got that elusive short list letter.

hi 747

now dont anybody in here bite my head off, but you could try european aviation 747's out of lgw + man just been bought out and things could be looking up have got more 74's on the way. Know were recruiting about 160 crew this summer and have some nice contracts coming in, its a bit disorganised at the mo but if you dont mind sticking with it could have good potential.

good luck with whatever you do

I like many others do know the process QF likes to take, however its all ass about if you ask me. You would think that after the 2 on 1 panel interview QF would have enough info as to your suitability. If they think you are the person they are looking for I believe it is here that they should do the ref checks followed by the panel review. Then and only then should you proceed to the medical and the security check. Just my opinion.

Experienced Cabin Crew For Dublin base

:ok: Last summer I worked for Direct Personnel as Cabin Crew and I had a great time. So great in fact that I am going back to work a second season with them. At the moment I am sure that they are looking for experienced Cabin Crew based out of Dublin. It may be worth calling them :) 003531 8444 873

Lots of Luck with the Job hunting:D

Privatair are screaming for experienced CC at the moment for their unique BBJ operation in partnership with Lufhansa.

Aircraft are second to none...only drawback is MUC based.

Have a look at http://www.privatair.ch

EUROPEAN AVIATION

European Aviation=Low Pay
=Rosters sent last minute and late
=Promises of any promotions not kept
=Favouritism amongst the unprofessional management team towards their friends in Cabin Crew, so promoting their friends.
=Old clapped out second hand aircraft nearly falling apart and always going tech.
=Bonded to contract so made nearly impossible to leave once one has woken up to their incomptence
=Do anything and everything disregarding any aviation rules to run an operation. No union, no adherence to flight duty rules.
=Work for European Aviation and you have no private life, your life becomes restricted and unbareable with them.
