CRM and Cabin Case Studies
Hello,
I'm working on some case studies for our future CRM classes. Every case study we have done so far have been involving the cockpit crew a bit too much. I'm trying to think of some case studies I could use to develop the new CRM module. QF32 is one good example that comes to my mind Any other suggestions? |

One accident I am aware of that could have developed otherwise if crew (and even passengers) outside the flight deck had been more involved is the Kegworth air disaster - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia .

You might want to also consider reviewing information on the Royal Aeronautical Society - Human Factors Group website. They have a Cabin Crew Standing Group that includes the following information:
Cabin Crew Standing Group (CCSG) The Cabin Crew Group was formed at the request of the RAeS Human Factors Committee and has been running for over 4 years. It has hosted two major CRM Conferences aimed at cabin crew CRM instructors and assisted in writing material for the RAeS following the Helios accident. Its members come from a wide range of backgrounds and represent a cross section of the cabin crew industry. CCSG Bulletins |
